Each 5* hotel has a CONCIERGE, a service department to which clients refer with various requests and wishes. Hotel Concierge members are associated in Les Clefs d’Or (Golden Keys). With its more than 50-year tradition, the Society's membership encompasses over 37 countries worldwide, including the Czech Republic. Being a member of the association is a matter of prestige for each country and each individual, and members are proud to wear two crossed keys on their lapels as a symbol of the association.

In hotel practice, a Concierge has a strategic position. A Concierge Desk is usually situated in the main hotel lobby, serving as the main communication spot between hotel guests and the hotel. Each member of Les Clefs d’Or is expected to render perfect services, professional attendance, politeness, a smile, understanding and good presentation of the hotel.
